Annual Property Management €300/year
Security checks every 10 days, key holding & 24 hour emergency call outs.
We will run the water and air the property to prevent the build up of smells.
We will check all services are functioning correctly.
We will clear the garden of any accumulated litter.
We will water any plants.
Your Post Box will be emptied for security purposes, and any important mail
forwarded to you.
If there are any major problems, we will contact you immediately via e-mail or telephone (your preference).
Included in the Annual Property Management Fee is a Meet & Greet Service.
If your guests make their own way to the property, we will be waiting for them
to hand over the keys and show them in. We will also collect the keys at the end of their stay.
