Services
Certain Security Services are included in the
Annual Property Management Package,
but are also available if and when required, along with more specific
security needs.
We
offer several levels of Security Service ranging from daily internal
and external checks for damage, water leaks, infestation etc. to
monthly visual property checks
of the outside, or any combination of both.
We can visit your property during a security check
and run water and flush the toilet
to prevent drains from smelling.
We can empty your post box weekly/fortnightly/monthly for security
purposes, and forward any important mail to you (we can also inform you
via e-mail).
Whatever level of security check/service you require, we can
accommodate.
Prices vary, and are dependent on your security requirement. Please

We can arrange for security grills or burglar
alarms to be fitted for you.
