A Property Clean consist of:

The lounge will be thoroughly cleaned and all mirrors polished.
All floors throughout the property will be swept, vacuumed and mopped (depending on your floor covering). This includes beneath all furniture.
In the kitchen, the cooker will be cleaned as will the sink and all work surfaces.
Ceiling fans and/or air conditioning units will be cleaned.
In the bathroom, the bath/toilet/bidet/shower will all be cleaned & disinfected.
All windows in the property will be cleaned inside and out.

Laundry from €15

We offer a ‘Laundry Only Service’ to launder bed linen,
hand towels, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
All linen is professionally laundered and ironed prior to return
Prices start from €15 for a one bedroom one bathroom property.

If you wish to choose either option, it can be added to the Annual Management Service,
to provide an even more complete service. Alternatively, either can be chosen as a stand alone service, or teamed to any other service that we offer.
