TJ Property Services is a property management company which operates in and around
the Torrevieja area of the Costa Blanca in Spain. We are small enough to give you the personal touch, yet large enough to fulfill all of your needs.

We offer a meet and greet service to hand over the keys and show your client all the features of your property. We also provide welcome packs so that your clients can start their break without worrying about shopping.

Any general maintenance work can be carried out on your property
and any electrical work can be carried out by a fully qualified electrician.
If there is a job we are unable to do, we will get quotes for you.
